How long does an install take?
A single split is normally one morning. A whole-home multi-split is one to two days depending on pipe runs. You get the honest estimate in the written quote.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes — the manufacturer's guarantee on the unit plus our own written guarantee on the installation work. Both documents are in your hand before we leave.
How can I pay?
Card, cash or bank transfer, with a proper invoice every time. Nothing is due until the written quote is accepted.
What if it dies at nine in the evening?
Call anyway. The emergency window runs until 22:00, seven days, on the same number — and if it can wait safely until morning, we will say so honestly instead of charging you the night rate.
